At Swallowfield, you have the option of handling the set up and decoration of the venue for your Wedding or Function yourself.

Or perhaps you are a Bride-to-be with a creative vision, lots of ideas and images you have collected, but you’re not sure how to pull it all together for your big day? Maybe you just don’t have the time to source and do it all yourself and you’d like someone else to take care of all the details for you, so you can just relax and enjoy the day? Or you might be unsure what style or ‘look’ you want to go with… or where to even begin!

We have a fabulous in-house Stylist, who can work with you to design and implement the perfect styling concept. Once you have settled on a colour palette & style that’s just right for you, Danielle from Wild Heart Events can take care of all the finer details for you – from furniture, lighting, decorations, tableware and napery, through to the cake, gift and guest book displays, stationery, and unique guest favours. Together you will create the perfect day that you and your guests will remember forever.

Wild Heart Events have an extensive range of gorgeous decorations and props available for your use, including arbours, furniture, hand-made bunting, vintage suitcases and wooden boxes, a Lolly Bar, loads of decorations, signage, frames, candle-holders, vases & urns, blackboards, platters & cake stands for a Dessert Bar and much more.

Danielle can also take care of all your floral design requirements, from Bouquets and Boutonnieres, right through to Table Centrepieces, Arbours, Floral Backdrops, Ceremony Arrangements, Garlands and more.

Wild Heart Events love to design, create, build, make, paint & sew. Some of their items are handmade originals. They specialise in creating custom-made pieces and props. A wedding arch or beautiful backdrop, personalised table numbers & seating plan, customised sign posts, a lemonade stand, or a one of a kind hanging masterpiece for above your dessert or bridal table.

Wild Heart Events will take care of all the styling and set up for you over the 1-2 days prior to your event. All you need to do is turn up on the day and enjoy!
